Senju Daiginjo Enshugohyakumangoku is a daiginjo using Gohyakumangoku from the Enshu (Shizuoka) region, polished to 50% by Senju Brewery in Shizuoka. Locally sourced Gohyakumangoku and Shizuoka's clean water create a regionally expressive daiginjo.
