Minenosei Koshu Junenhizo is a ten-year aged Junmai Ginjo from Miyazaki Shuzoten, a 150-year-old brewery in Chiba's Kururi area. Brewed with pristine spring water from the Boso Hills, this long-matured sake develops a deep, mellow complexity with rich umami and a smooth, lingering finish.
