Description
Junmai ginjo from Ishikawa Sake Brewery in the Tama region of Tokyo, brewed without added alcohol with the brewery's deep groundwater. Gentle ginjo aroma, soft rice sweetness, and a clean mouthfeel reflect the Tamajiman style at the ginjo level.
