History
1653
In 1653, the founder Heiemon Totsuka moved from Suruga Province (present-day Kakegawa, Shizuoka) to the Nakasendo post town of Iwamurada in Shinshu and began brewing doburoku, marking the start of the brewery, now in its 16th generation.
2018
Kanchiku Daiginjo received the Excellence Award in the ginjo category at the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Awards.
2020
Kanchiku Daiginjo again received the Excellence Award in the ginjo category at the Kanto-Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau Sake Awards.
2020
Seishu Kanchiku won the gold award in the value nurukan category of the 2020 National Kanzake (warm sake) Contest.

Kanchiku Tokubetsu Junmai won the gold award in the premium kanzake category of the 2020 National Kanzake Contest.
