Junmai from Ishikawa Sake Brewery in Fussa, Tokyo, brewed without added alcohol using groundwater drawn from 150 meters below the Tama region. The pure rice profile brings forward rice umami and a soft, approachable texture that reflects the Tamajiman house style.
