A flagship junmai from Sawanotsuru made with rice, koji, and miyamizu water only, with no brewer's alcohol, sugar, or acidulants added. Brewed at 65% polishing ratio in Nada using the Tanba toji tradition, it delivers a gentle, rice-forward flavor with light, balanced acidity.
