Sawanohana DryJunmai Hanagokoro - Tokubetsu Junmai sake from Tomono Sake Brewing Co.,Ltd, Nagano
Description

The scent is plump and calm, and the fragrance like grapefruit and watermelon flower is gently felt. The fragrant rice incense and iodine incense like Domyoji flour are in harmony. The taste is a slightly dry impression with mellow sweetness. I don't feel too alcohol and I put it in my mouth. Continue to feel calm acidity and umami. Overall, it keeps a compact balance, the lingering is short and sharp. Junmai sake that expresses a gentle flavor that does not disturb the taste of dishes.

Tomono Sake Brewing Co.,Ltd

Nagano
Sawa no Hana, BEAUMICHELLE brewing former Shinshu Saku's sake brewery. I want to be in the "local sake" of Shinshu Saku, and the motto is a refreshing sake with a good one cup, and the two cups are comfortable, and the underground water of Yatsugatake water and the sake rice from Nagano prefectures, "Miyama". Sake in "Nishiki".
