Description
Honjozo nigorizake pressed fresh and left unfiltered, brewed from Tochigi-grown rice at 65% polishing. The lightly cloudy texture carries a smooth, gently sweet character with a subtle effervescence typical of nama nigori releases. Winter-to-spring seasonal availability keeps the sake vibrant and fresh at the time of bottling.
