Description
This spring-season junmai ginjo origarami namazake is pressed while fine rice sediment remains suspended, giving it a creamy, voluminous umami with a sharp, clean finish. Yamada Nishiki and the brewery's Hakusan water create a sake inspired by the hazy glow of a spring moon, released in limited quantities to just a handful of retailers.
