Description

Sakurasakura is a junmai brewed at 55% polishing by Yamauchi Shuzoujou in Gifu's Nakatsugawa, named with the layered resonance of double-cherry blossoms and reflecting the brewery's spring-seasonal ethos. The extremely small scale of production, around 20 koku per year under a female toji, gives the sake a handcrafted intimacy. Specific rice variety details are not publicly listed.
