Description
Namaikkokyu is the unpasteurized (nama) version of Yamauchi Shuzoujou's koshu aged sake from Gifu, polished to 55% and bottled without heat treatment to preserve a fresh dimension within an aged framework. The combination of extended maturation and raw bottling is unusual, offering both the depth of age and the immediacy of nama. The brewery's extremely small production scale makes this a rare release.
