Aomori
Matsunori Sake Brewery has been selling sake mother in this area since the Edo period, and sold it to a liquor store with Tsugaruichi yen.
A sake mother is a yeast that is necessary in large quantities to ferment sake.
It has been called "1 koji 2 sake mother 3" for a long time and plays an important role in sake brewing.
After that, in search of sake that I want to make my own sake, that is, "stick to raw materials, stick to handicrafts, drink with peace of mind, loved by the community, and get tired of drinking", business for sake production in 1904 (Meiji 37). I made a conversion.
Since then, the technique of sake mother, which has also been the origin of Matsunori Sake Brewery,
We continue to make sake brewing as a mission to convey the culture and history of sake to the later generations by carefully care for the techniques of sake brewing, which have been handed down, and the tools and facilities of the store in a history, to the later generations.
"Matsunori" and "Reine", which are loved by Tsugaru,
