Description

Ogimasamune Tokusen Ogon Junmaishu from Imai Shuzo combines the classic Masamune brewery naming tradition with the imagery of a golden fan, ogon meaning gold and ogi meaning fan. As a tokusen (special selection) junmai, it is brewed with greater attention to rice quality and fermentation conditions, reflecting the brewery's heritage in the Ibaraki region. The junmai style allows the natural rice character to develop fully, producing a sake with satisfying body and umami depth.
