The first "Junmai Ginjo Arabashiri" to be released in our products. The raw rice is made from local Kashima Yamada Nishiki, and freshly squeezed sake is bottled raw. It is a popular spring product where you can enjoy the fresh and gorgeous scent unique to new sake. In the fall, it is fun to enjoy a different taste from the early spring as the aging has progressed. I hope you can feel the refreshingness of fresh sake, and the other is the taste of aging. Please store it in refrigerated for raw sake.
