Description

The raw rice uses Yamada Nishiki and is polished to 40 %. By making it slightly lower than Daiginjo, the taste and sweetness of rice unique to pure rice are expressed, and the mouthfeel is milder. The scent is slightly calm compared to Daiginjo, but you can enjoy a gorgeous scent that is well balanced with the taste. A pleasant finish spreads with a beautiful aftertaste. Furthermore, after the collapse of the bubble, the liberalization of alcoholic prices, in the world where major companies sell ordinary sake at low prices. The eighth generation, who came up with "alcohol with thoughts, a liquor that I want to make," will review the style of the Baba Sake Brewery so far. We produced Yamada Nishiki, the highest peak of sake rice in Kashima, and decided to choose a way to survive with a specific name liquor with raw rice as a local. It has been 7 years to persuade JA and local farmers, and our brand is finally born. The history of Nono Momi, which is packed with the thoughts and skills of local farmers and ourselves, based on the former place name "Nono Mura Village", began in this way.
