Baba Brewery

Saga
[Kuramoto Monogatari] It is Baba Sake Brewery, the brewer of the sake "Nono Momi". We hold a storehouse in Kashima City in the southwestern part of Saga Prefecture, facing the Ariake Sea of Fertility. Since its founding in 1795 (Kansei 7), it has been manufactured in a single sake for more than 200 years. Our representative brand, Nono Furumi, was built by the 8th president and Mori Baba Ichiro Baba. Behind this was the situation in the young age of the eighth generation. At that time, the sales were down to the right, and the shortage of successors of the business partner's liquor store was also dangerous. Furthermore, after the collapse of the bubble, the liberalization of alcoholic prices, in the world where major companies sell ordinary sake at low prices. The eighth generation, who came up with "alcohol with thoughts, a liquor that I want to make," will review the style of the Baba Sake Brewery so far. We produced Yamada Nishiki, the highest peak of sake rice in Kashima, and decided to choose a way to survive with a specific name liquor with raw rice as a local. It has been 7 years to persuade JA and local farmers, and our brand is finally born. The history of Nono Momi, which is packed with the thoughts and skills of local farmers and ourselves, based on the former place name "Nono Mura Village", began in this way. In the near future, the baton will be connected to the 9th generation Takashi Ichiro Ubaba. In addition, I would like to aim for Nono Furumi, which is loved by everyone, with parents and children and all employees. [Baba Sake Brewery's thoughts] <Local sake rooted in Saga's culture> Saga Prefecture, the primary industrial area, has many delicious crops, seafood, and livestock products. In order to match Saga's ingredients, Saga, our sake is based on slightly sweet sake. As long as Saga's warehouse is set up, we will pursue local sake rooted in Saga's culture, ingredients, and regions. <Food and sake> Our sake "Nono Furomi" is manufactured with the desire to enjoy with the meal. Dewented while having a gorgeous scent. Beautiful while giving the taste of rice. We are aiming for alcohol that you just drink with two or three cups. The food is just the main character, and the feelings of the president are expressed in the current "Nono Momi". With a wide variety of sake, it is ideal to be able to return to our sake at the end. <People and sake> Congratulations on your daily dining table, a fun place in a pub. I would like you to drink "Nono Momi" at such fun and happy time. I want to protect sake as a Japanese culture and a culture that connects people. I want to be a brewery that snuggles up to our customers in order to realize our thoughts.
