Description

This is a pure rice Ginjo sake made in Yamada Nishiki, which was grown in no pesticide or chemical fertilizer in the Kamijinya area, and was grown by unrecognized cultivation. The original sweetness of the rice, the plump taste, and the hidden acid have a solid contour. It has a sweet and soft Yamada Nishiki scent. The aftertaste is a beautiful Junmai Ginjo, which is clean and sparse.

Kitashouji Shuzoten Co.,Ltd

Osaka
The area around Izumisano and Hineno, where the warehouse is located, is filled with fertile soil and natural spring water, and it is said that a manor (Haneiso) was held during the Heian period. With the motto of "Little sake little by little", the sake brewed with the "light -flavored" technique of Nambu Boji is a sharp and open -minded mouth.
