From the brewery
The area around Izumisano and Hineno, where the warehouse is located, is filled with fertile soil and natural spring water, and it is said that a manor (Haneiso) was held during the Heian period. With the motto of "Little sake little by little", the sake brewed with the "light -flavored" technique of Nambu Boji is a sharp and open -minded mouth.
