Description

Koshitanrei, a Niigata-bred rice crossing Gohyakumangoku and Yamada Nishiki, is grown and pressed entirely on the brewery's own Nechi Valley estate. It produces a fuller body and lingering depth compared to Gohyakumangoku while retaining the sharp, clean finish characteristic of Niigata sake.
