Description

Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% forms the base of this daiginjo namazake from an Osaka brewery established in 1716. Hand-crafted in small batches with Izumi mountain range well water, it presents a pineapple-like aroma with smooth, layered sweetness and well-integrated umami.
