Founded the sake brewing business in Ozaki-cho, Hannan City, Osaka (Kyoho 1, Edo period).
1935
The 8th-generation head, Kotaro, took over as brewery owner.
1956
The 9th-generation head, Zen'ichiro, took over as brewery owner.
1989
Won a Gold Medal at the National New Sake Awards for the first time.
1998
The 10th-generation head, Kazuhiro, took over as brewery owner.
2009
Won Gold Medals at the National New Sake Awards for three consecutive years (2009-2011).
2020
Developed and released a sake brewed with ancient rice varieties.
2025
The 11th-generation head, Zen'ichi, took over as brewery owner.
