Kyoudenrai Namachozoushu is a nama-chozo (once-pasteurized, cold-stored unpasteurized) sake from Kyoto's Fushimi district, sharing its production method with the Kyodenrai series and representing the brewery's approach to fresh-storage sake. Brewed using the soft mineral water of Fushimi's Shiragiku spring, which contributes a smooth, easy-drinking quality.
