Description
Miyoshimasamune is a sake rooted in the Miyoshi area of Hiroshima Prefecture, on the upper reaches of the Ashida River known for its pure water ideal for brewing. Produced in the tradition of Hiroshima's soft-water brewing style, developed in the late 19th century as one of Japan's three great sake regions, it reflects the smooth, gentle character of the region's sake heritage.
