Description
An active-fermentation nigori from Seiryo Shuzo's Miyosakae label, brewed with Ehime's Matsuyama Mii rice and released as a muroka namagenshu. Secondary fermentation continues in the bottle, producing gentle carbonation and a lively, creamy texture. The sake retains living yeast that creates a fresh, dynamic character distinct across seasons.

Seiryo Syuzo Co.,Ltd
Ehime
Focus on the kind of food that feels kind. The warehouse gave birth in a turbulent era that changed from Edo to the Meiji era. Seiryu Sake Brewery, which originated from the job of keeping the key to the local Shoya's warehouse and switched to a sake brewing industry. With the philosophy of "sake is made with dreams and hearts", we make food that is not tired.
