Description

Minanogawa Pure Ibaraki Honnama Shizukudori is the most delicate expression in the Pure Ibaraki series, using the shizukudori gravity-drip pressing method in which sake-filled bags hang freely and only the liquid that falls under its own weight is collected. This technique yields the clearest, most refined fraction of the press, free from any applied pressure that could introduce off-flavors. The honnama single-pasteurization treatment further preserves the fragile freshness of the drip-pressed sake, resulting in a pure, precise expression of Ibaraki's rice and water.

Inaba Shuzo Jo

Ibaraki
Inaba Sake Brewery is a sake brewery that always challenges new sake brewing based on traditional sake brewing. In the winter brewing season, you go to the store that is frozen many times in the middle of the night, looking at the whisper of moromi. At that time, the starry sky that looks up. The beauty of the earth's stars (Setara), and the mystery of the nature created by koji and yeast is prepared with awe and gratitude.
