Description
A sake liqueur infused with matsutake mushroom, produced by Shinshu Meijo in Ueda, Nagano. The aroma is intensely matsutake-forward, overshadowing the base sake, while the palate remains surprisingly clean, with mushroom umami reinforcing the sake without bitterness or earthiness, and the finish carries lingering matsutake fragrance.
