Matsunokotobuki Ginjonamachozoshu

🍶
Description

Brewed with ultra-soft spring water that wells up behind the brewery in Shioya Town, Tochigi, this ginjo namazume is cold-stored after a single pasteurization at bottling. Founded in 1865 and the only Tochigi kura using its own natural spring water, Matsui Shuzoten produces a sake of clean aromatics and a smooth, refined palate.

Matsui Shuzoten Co.,Ltd

Tochigi
In anticipation of the aging of Tori in recent years, and the decline of population, the president, Nobuaki Matsui, has been preparing sake as a brewery and Mr. Kuramoto Tori. There is no change in the taste due to the replacement of the forest, and I want to pursue my own inquiry and make an unknown liquor that I envision someday. We will love our products sincerely and take responsibility to everyone.
