I packed it directly from the tank to taste the original taste of sake as it is. It is a raw pine pine flower Junmai Daiginjo, a raw uniltrated, using the sake rice "Yamada Nishiki", which is a local farmer contract cultivated. It is delicate and gentle, but features a deep taste and deep taste.
