Matsunohana Josen is a long-running standard-grade sake from Kawashima Shuzo, a Shiga brewery founded in 1865 on the western shore of Lake Biwa. Polished to 70% and brewed with locally grown Tamasakae rice, it is designed to be enjoyed across a wide temperature range from chilled to warm.
