Marumasuyonetsuru Ginjo uses 100% Dewa no Sato sake rice from Yamagata, polished to 55%, expressing a fruity aroma alongside mellow umami and a balanced, crisp finish. Dewa no Sato, a cross of Yamada Nishiki and Miyama Nishiki developed in Yamagata, imparts a characteristic richness to the ginjo profile.
