🍶
Description
Produced at a small Fukuoka kura founded in 1892 using Kuju mountain spring water, this junmai nigori retains fine rice particles for a cloudy, textured pour. Brewed without filtration in the house style that prizes natural fermentation and clean aftertaste, it suits both chilled and lightly warmed service.
