Limited-edition daiginjo shizuku-shu (drip-filtered) genshu from Yamasakihontenshuzojo in Shimabara, Nagasaki, a brewery that won three consecutive gold medals at the National New Sake Competition from 2010 through 2012. Produced by allowing the moromi to drip through hanging cloth bags without pressing, the sake develops a refined, concentrated aromatic profile.
