Description
Kyushu Daiginjo Junshu Junmai Daiginjo Genshu is an undiluted, full-bodied junmai daiginjo from Hamachi Shuzo of Fukuoka, poured directly from the press at its natural alcohol concentration without water adjustment. The brewery, founded in 1870, uses Yamada Nishiki cultivated in the Itoshima plain and pure groundwater from Mount Raizan to produce this 720ml genshu expression. The undiluted format heightens the rice richness and structural intensity characteristic of the junshu style.
