Description

Wazenashirai No Jungin Namashibori (1800ml) is a freshly pressed junmai ginjo from Hamachi Shuzo in Fukuoka, drawn directly from the press (namashibori) to capture the full vitality of the ferment before any pasteurization. The 1.8-liter format of this lively, unprocessed ginjo reflects the brewery's commitment to serving sake in its most expressive, immediate state. Itoshima Yamada Nishiki and Raizan underground water form the backbone of this seasonal large-format release.
