Description
Kuromatsuokina Morimoto Vintage Sake 1998 is a long-aged koshu from Iga, Mie Prefecture, preserved for over two decades. Decades of cellar aging develop complex oxidative notes, mellow sweetness, and a concentrated umami quite unlike freshly brewed sake.
