Kuromatsuokina Morimoto Vintage Sake 1995 is an ultra-aged sake from Iga, Mie Prefecture, stored for several decades under controlled conditions. Extended aging at this level produces deep amber color, caramel richness, and a dramatically transformed flavor profile.

Tsu in the first year of the founding Kosa (1844) is the headquarters and Iga is a sake brewery. The sake inscription "Okina" was named as a sake that invites God, praying for the rich harvest, national security, longevity and prosperity. We will bring the soft water of Iga in the water with the soft water of Iga rice.
