The flagship Kuromatsuhakushika Junmai Daiginjo is produced at the Rokkou Kura in Nishinomiya using Yamada Nishiki contracted from Hyogo's Hakushika-kai farms and Miyamizu spring water. Fresh, fruity ginjo aromatics combine with a polished, smooth palate and a clean, crisp finish.
