Kuninokotobuki Tokubetsubonjozoshu Yumeikkon is a special honjozo from Menoshuzou in Fukuoka, brewed with the Yumeikkon sake rice variety native to Fukuoka Prefecture. The marriage of local rice and tokubetsu-level brewing care yields a clean, lightly fragrant honjozo with a smooth body and pleasantly dry finish. A sake that celebrates regional terroir.
