Description

Kuninokotobuki Tokubetsu Junmaishu Yumeikkon is a special junmai brewed from Fukuoka's own Yumeikkon sake rice at Menoshuzou in Yanagawa. The pure-rice brewing approach and locally grown grain combine to create a genuinely regional expression: umami-rich, well-structured, and distinctly Fukuoka in character. A thoughtful tribute to local terroir and craftsmanship.
