Snow Crescent Yamada Nishiki is a lightly cloudy, low-carbonation nama genshu from Koueigiku Shuzo, released each December as the brewery's first shiboritate of the season. Japanese pear aromas introduce a juicy, sweet palate with vibrant acidity and a softly bitter finish that shifts as the sake breathes.
