Koto Tokusen Karakuchi is a dry tokusen-grade sake polished to 65% from Sasaki Shuzo in Kyoto. The tokusen karakuchi (superior dry) profile is achieved through complete fermentation, producing a clean, sharp finish in the Fushimi tradition.
