A sake from Kondou Shuzo in Niigata under the Koshinokaroku label, with Koshi being the ancient name for the Niigata region. Kazukichi Yamatoya brews sake. Later, "Yamatoya" was the name of "Kazuyoshi" for generations. The former chairman is the seventh generation "Kazuyoshi".
