A daiginjo from Kondou Shuzo in Niigata under the Suganadake label, brewed to the highest grade of sake production with rice polished to at least 50 percent. The daiginjo category demands meticulous fermentation at low temperatures to develop the fragrant, refined character the style is known for. Named after Mt. Suganadake, it represents the brewery's flagship premium expression.
