Suganadake Namagenshu

🍶
Description

A namagenshu from Kondou Shuzo under the Suganadake label in Niigata, combining two notable characteristics in a single expression. Nama means unpasteurized, preserving the bright, youthful flavors of fresh fermentation, while genshu means undiluted, resulting in a higher alcohol content and concentrated body. The combination produces an intense, raw style distinct from standard filtered sake.
