
Description
Kuromatsu is the everyday table sake from this Nagaoka, Niigata brewery, built on Gohyakumangoku milled to 60%, which is unusually high for a futsushu. Brewed to be slightly dry with restrained umami, it earned the highest gold award in the warmed sake category at the 2020 National Kan-sake Contest.
