Kizan Gobanjunmai - Junmai sake from Chikumanishiki Shuzo Co.,Ltd., Nagano
Description

Kizan (帰山), meaning Return to the Mountain, is Chikumanishiki Shuzo's artistic label that ferments Miyama Nishiki as muroka nama genshu until early termination, allowing natural residual sweetness to develop. The fifth edition of this Junmai series continues the brewery's philosophy of minimal intervention, preserving the vivid, unfiltered character of Nagano mountain sake.
