Kinsuisho honjozo from Fukushima City is brewed with the Kinamizu spring named by the Meiji Emperor and polished to 60%. From a brewery with 15 National New Sake Appraisal gold medals, this honjozo delivers a clean, straightforward palate backed by the exceptional water quality of Fukushima City.
