Description

Kinsuisho Junmai Ginjo Shizukushibori is a junmai ginjo from Kinsuisho Shuzoten in Fukushima, pressed using the shizukushibori drip method in which the mash is suspended in bags and sake drips out naturally under gravity without mechanical pressing. This gentle extraction technique produces a sake of exceptional delicacy and aromatic purity. Fukushima's ginjo brewing expertise, recognized repeatedly in national competitions, is evident in this premium release.
