Gohyakumangoku polished to 60% is fermented as a shiboritate namazake honjozo from Kinsuisho Shuzoten in Fukushima City. Bottled fresh and unheated at the start of the brewing season, it captures the bright, vibrant energy of the first pressing using the brewery's renowned Kinamizu spring water.
