Description

A "gentle taste with rice" like Wakayama. It has a gorgeous scent than normal pure rice sake, and is finished in a tasty pure rice storage sake that can be drunk with rock. Although it is a umami -type, the throat is refreshing even if it is locked because it has a good acid. In addition, there is a freshness unique to raw storage sake, and there is also a solid and calm scent that is not found in live sake.
